Joining our Dance Fitness Classes couldn't be easier!
1. Choose the day you'd like to begin and mark your calendar - schedule fitness for yourself.
2. Print the Participation Authorization Form. Initial, sign, and bring it with you to class.
3. Don't forget to print and bring the latest Dance Exercise Internet Offer!
4. Get your shoes and water bottle ready - we have mats and weights available to borrow in class.
5. Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that you have time to become familiar with our facility and complete your sign up. Be sure to bring a checkbook or credit card. Offers are valid only on your first visit. Questions about your pass options? Visit the Fitness Pricing link.
