When may I begin taking classes?
Jazzercise classes are ongoing so you may come to class any day and get started. Why not give it a try today? We have classes 7 days a week. Click here for all available class times.
Is my class pass good at all three locations?
Yes! You are welcome to attend classes at any Pearland or Fort Bend Jazzercise location with the unlimited class pass.
How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends following a balanced diet and working out 3-4 times a week by elevating your heart rate for 25-30 minutes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers and are available for you to borrow in class. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
What kind of shoes should I wear to Jazzercise?
The best type of shoe to wear to Jazzercise is an aerobic shoe, especially one with a higher top. This provides better ankle support for the lateral movements you will be doing. However, aerobic shoes can be hard to find, so a good (i.e. more expensive) cross-trainer is a good substitute. The most important item you will wear to class are your shoes, so cheaper is definitely not better.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. You can bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work if you wish.
